Henry C. L. LaiArchitect

With over 30 years of experience, renowned architect Henry C. L. Lai has led the ARCHI+ team since 1998, designing various projects in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan across the residential, commercial, cultural, and hotel sectors. Always offering an innovative take on contemporary architectural concepts, Lai has gained global recognition for his expertise, earning the BCI Asia Award for Top 10 Architects in 2010. A notable recent project is One Oasis, an integrated residential and commercial complex in Cotai that has become one of Macau’s architectural landmarks.

William LiuInterior Designer

William Liu is an experienced interior designer. He joined the international architectural firms OMA and Rocco Design upon completing his Bachelor of Architecture in London, and won the HKIA Young Architect Award in 1992. In 2002, he founded ARK Associates, a design office focused on enhancing lifestyles and experiences through architecture and interior design. With his pioneering spirit and interest in aesthetic fusion, Liu has designed a range of award-winning projects, spanning commercial, retail, and residential buildings, as well as clubhouses and hotels.

Koichi TanakaLighting Designer

Koichi Tanaka is a distinguished lighting designer and consultant from Japan whose work reflects his unique philosophy—that light can inspire connections between people, art, design, and technology. His company, LIGHTLINKS INTERNATIONAL, is based in Hong Kong and Tokyo and serves clients from Hong Kong, Japan, and Europe, with projects including five-star hotels, residences, offices, and clubhouses. Among other accolades, he is a multi-year winner of the LTI Lighting Design Award.
